1st Degree Felony Charge-DISMISSED!!!

Within the last two weeks I represented a client in one of the smaller counties in Western Pennsylvania at his preliminary hearing. Sometimes that can be tricky because various counties do things differently. My client, we will call him "John", was charged with a 1st degree Felony Burglary along with a Simple Assault. After a hearing in which both victims testified I was able to successfully argue to have the charges against John dismissed. Needless to say, John and his family were ecstatic because John is on probation and the aforementioned charges would violate the terms of his probation. As a result of the dismissal, John's probation will not be violated due to these charges.
