Aggravated Assault charges against a Police Officer withdrawn!

This afternoon in court was very rewarding. My client, we'll call him "Joe," was facing the lead charge of Felony Aggravated Assault against a Police Officer. It simply doesn't get any more serious than the aforementioned charge. Joe, if convicted, would have been facing a very lengthy prison sentence. Joe and I met several times before his hearing and we devised a strategy that we both felt very comfortable implementing. Through a lot of hard work, preparation, and communication with one another we were successful in getting all of the charges withdrawn against Joe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
